Derksen Printers is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Derksen Printers has been operating in Steinbach serving customers across Manitoba for over 85 years.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work directly with our clients to provide pricing and advice on their printing requirements.
- Liaise with creative services to provide proofs to the customer on their projects.
- Work with our suppliers to provide the materials and services required to meet the customers’ needs.
- Maintain customer relationships including follow up on work performed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong customers service skills
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written.
- Organized
- The ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated
- A strong team player
Knowledge of commercial printing is a key asset
