We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the daily operations of our fleet, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring that all vehicles are running efficiently. The Dispatcher must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and have a strong understanding of the local area. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the progress of all vehicles and personnel.
- Communicate with drivers and customers in a professional manner.
- Dispatch vehicles to customer locations in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding estimated arrival times.
- Keep accurate records of all dispatched orders and vehicles.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions.
