Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.
As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Recruiter will bring their passion and experience to help us build deep talent pipelines and identify great candidates across the organization, particularly focusing on our Digital Marketing teams in Paid Media, and SEO. As a Recruiter, you are meticulous, creative, and innovative in ways to help us be our best. You understand both the art and science of acquiring great talent, focused on incredible candidate and hiring manager experiences, ultimately finding the most remarkable search marketing talent in the world. You are focused on creating a community of diverse marketers that exceed Directive's objectives while remembering that the best work comes from professionals who enjoy working together.
The Recruiter will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and be a part of the People Operations Department.

Recruiting remarkable talent in the digital marketing space (SEO, PPC, CRO, UX/UI Designers, and Marketing Ops) in primarily Mexico City, Canada, EMEA, APAC
- Collaborate and partner with our Hiring Managers through formal and informal meetings, and provide industry insights while also committing to aggressive but realistic goals and timelines

Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition and People Operations team members to proactively source, screen, and manage all facets of the recruiting process

Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, leveraging technology, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage and excite our target candidates

Methodically measure success with key metrics stemming from LinkedIn, our ATS (Lever), adjusting activity and output to consistently meet and exceed the goal of meeting target start dates, and reducing our overall time to start

Post and maintain compelling job advertisements while maintaining our unique brand standards across platforms

Conduct screening, informational, and in-depth interviews using top grading methodology

Scheduling interviews through the entire candidate lifecycle for hiring managers

Track and report where candidates are in the interview process through our tools, adjusting activity accordingly

Manage 7-10 job requisitions or openings at a time with providing attentiveness and urgency to all

Contributing to the Recruiting and overall People Operations department as an agile team player. Some opportunities include: collaboration on department wiki, department handbook, backing up the HR Manager with onboarding activities, determining new and innovative ways to attract top talent, sharing in company culture videos or blogs, and being an overall contributor of ideas and methodologies to the greater team

2+ years experience in a fast-paced, corporate recruiting or professional placement agency

Experience recruiting in Latin America, Canada, US, APAC, EMEA
- Excellent ability to identify talent and build relationships with potential candidates

Exceptional interview skills

Experience in recruiting search marketers: SEO, PPC, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops, etc. highly preferred

Work Environment Requirements

This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary.
