Position Summary
Working under the project manager and the Data Architect, the Technical Analyst will be responsible for working on data-related tasks for operational and research projects. They will work within the Digital Cardiovascular Health Platform (DCHP) and other repositories to support all data-related needs for the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Team. They will also be involved in developing data-driven pipelines to streamline and augment AI projects.
Duties:

Build database pipelines to collect, manage, and convert raw data into usable information for AI projects.

Work on data architecture needs with the Lead Data Architect

Integrate data from various sources into a centralized, accessible platform

Explore innovative ways for data visualization and exploration

Work with Project Manager on developing protocols and Standard operating procedures in data management and access.
Qualifications:

Undergraduate and/or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, software and/or computer engineering, network engineering

Previous experience in working with various data types and formats

*Mandatory* Strong programming skills (python, R, shell scripting, perl, java, and Scala)

Proven track record of supporting teams with their data needs (evaluated through previous work experiences, internships, etc.)

Expertise in website development and maintenance

Experience with network engineering, application integrations, and database analysis and development

Strong knowledge and/or interest in data warehousing and systems

Keen interest in exploring new sources of data for AI projects.
