Front Receptionist for Monashee Autobody Ltd.
Position Summary:
Monashee Autobody Ltd. is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Front-End Receptionist.
· This is a full-time position 5 days per week, 8 Hour shifts Monday to Friday
· Extended Benefits after 3 months employment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide Reception coverage such as reconciling daily cash, greeting customers, answering phones, bank deposits, etc.
· Process credit card payments and collect payment for invoices.
· Assist with month-end procedures.
· Provide accounting assistance to the accounting department.
· Perform basic office tasks such as filing, emails, etc.
· Assist the Estimator with basic duties of running the body shop.
Education/Experience:
· General Accounting / Office Administration course (1 Yr) or equivalent work experience
· Must have basic knowledge of accounting principles.
· Should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
· Must have experience with a multi line phone system and be able efficiently route calls.
· Must be able to operate various office equipment.
· Must be able to communicate effectively and courteously to all staff and customers through phone or in person.
· Must have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, and be efficient with time management.
· Must be detail oriented with an attention to accuracy in their work.
· Must be a reliable and positive person and able to work as a team player.

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
