We are currently looking for a warehouse administrator to join our growing Mississauga team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate products movements, arrange small carrier pick-ups, perform of carrier tracking to meet customer requirements ensuring on-time deliveries and fulfilment of service agreements
- Coordinate with sales to ensure orders are processed on time and correctly
- Confirm outbound shipments and resolution of issues
- Act as a liaison between customer service and logistics
- Coordinate product flow from receiving to shipping when required, delegate shipping duties as needed
- Prepare reports and supply information as required and requested
- Expedite shipment traces, initiate transportation claims in conjunction with other in-house departments
- Maintain files and records including but not limited to: purchase orders, sales orders, transfer orders, etc.
- Perform data entry
- Complete any other tasks related to the position
