We are an Industrial Distributor that has been family owned and operated for over 60 years! We are in search of an outgoing inside sales representative who thrives on making customers happy and helping them find quick resolutions. In our industry, most of our customers 'needed it yesterday' and are looking for service with speed, urgency and accuracy.
Position is Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling customer requests via phone, email and fax with extremely quick turnaround time
- Providing solutions and alternate products when items are unavailable
Skills and Qualifications:
- Extremely computer literate with excellent typing skills
- Strives to make customers happy and ensure that they feel that they are being heard and their requirements taken care of
- Takes initiative to learn new things and uses online tools to help expand their knowledge base
- Excellent written and vocal communication
- Time management and organizational skills a must to maintain priority and completion of tasks
- Able to handle high-pressure, high-stress situations while still maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of industrial supplies and equipment an asset
- Listening, patience, attention to detail, problem solving, and adaptability are requirements for success in customer service!
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
