As a Network Engineer/System Admin, you will play a crucial role in providing technology solutions to clients of Nucleo Digital, an innovative company that focuses on people, process, and technology to meet the demands of the ever-evolving digital world.
Your role as Network Engineer/System Admin will involve architecture and management of network infrastructures, servers, and computer systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality for clients. You will also be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and security of the clients’ networks and systems.

- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructures and systems.
- Perform maintenance, backups, and recovery of servers and computer systems.
- Analyze and identify network and system issues and provide solutions.
- Monitor network performance, security, and access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal functionality and performance of clients’ networks and computer systems.
- Install, configure and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and other network-related hardware.
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in network engineering and system administration.
- Advanced knowledge of network protocoles, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless LANs.
- Good knowledge of firewall systems (Cisco ASA, Fortinet).
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
