Animal Health Partners is a state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital in Toronto! We are a 200+ staff member hospital housed within a 20,000 square foot facility fully equipped with specialty technology found nowhere else in Canada, including our 3 Tesla MRI. We are currently looking for a dynamic, experienced, and customer focused Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. Under the supervision of the CSR Lead and with support from the Client Service and Operations Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the CSR include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Scheduling appointments/emergency walk-ins
- Triaging patients
- Answering phones/emails
- Setting up new clients and patients in our electronic medical software
- Preparation and maintenance of medical records
- Admitting and discharging patients
- Mailings
- Computer operation
- Financial transactions
- Front office and reception area maintenance
