Tugo Media is looking for a highly organized and skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, as well as developing and executing effective social media advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the management team in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient coordination
- Draft, edit, and proofread contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with high attention to detail
- Create engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Canva or other software to support executive-level meetings
- Develop, implement, and manage Facebook advertising strategies to achieve specific marketing objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions
- Create compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive desired action
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare various reports to assist management in making informed decisions
- Utilize Excel and other software to generate reports, track expenses, and maintain accurate records
- Utilize accounting software to create and manage invoicing
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in an administrative support role
- Previous experience in social media marketing, with a successful track record of managing and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns
- Strong proficiency in contract writing, editing, and reviewing
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team and independently with minimal supervision
