What do we need?
Currently, we are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team. Reporting to our Chief Revenue Office, your job will be to establish and maintain relationships with designers, and generate leads for our projects. You will manage our social media accounts, planning the content calendar, creating engaging content and implementing strategies to increase referrals and positive reviews from clients and other sources.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, has an uncanny ability to build instant rapport with a wide variety of individuals, and is self-motivated to follow up on leads and identify opportunities.
Ideal candidates:
- have 2+ years experience in a business development, sales or administrator role;

are familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel;

experience with social media and copy writing is a bonus;

will think like a detective, tracking down hard-to-find contacts, digging into websites and finding the correct people to contact;

will practice strong discernment in lead qualifying;

have the ability to create a compelling story via excellent written and verbal communication skills;

have a customer-service mindset;

have strong attention to detail;

are not afraid of failure, and are ok with rejection;

have a natural ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks;

will enjoy collaborating with our team of designers, project managers and field crews to ensure seamless customer service to our stakeholders.

Compensation
$30-35/hour
