5+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience from the Telecom sector would be highly favorable
- Great attitude and a team player
- Ability to quickly create relationships with hard to find candidates
- Detail-oriented individual who is not afraid of process
- Innovative ideas and approaches for Talent Acquisition
