The Role
We are in search of an Enterprise Application Analyst. This position will report to the Manager, Enterprise Applications and will be responsible for the implementation, administration, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications across our global business units.
Core responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with software vendors and partners to optimize system performance and stay informed about updates and new features.

Understanding the overall application landscape across multiple business units in order to increase efficiency, decrease cost, and fulfill business requirements.

Providing technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.

Ensuring that enterprise applications adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with senior management to keep them informed of new developments, service issues, and new business opportunities.
Skills and experience required:

3+ years of experience working with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or BI

Strong technical background in enterprise software systems

Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relay complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated self-starter, able to prioritize tasks, and stay organized

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
-
Experience troubleshooting complex systems issues, strongly preferred

Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
