Hiring for 2 positions for people with skills in - Customer Service / Graphic Layout / Copying and Shipping.
The UPS Store is focused on providing our customers with solutions to their print, packing, shipping and mail receiving needs. Ability to help clients find solutions to their challenges is a fun part of what we do. If you have solid customer service skills, and/or print background, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities may include
- Customer Consultations
- Assisting customers with copy work
- Packaging
- Shipping
- Faxing
- Mail receiving services
- Digital File Correction,
- Production of customer print jobs
- Print quoting
- and more
Attention to detail and a focus on quality are essential, as well as the ability to work well with customers and co-workers. Previous customer service experience and computer skills required. Existing print experience an asset.
Ability to use Microsoft Office, PhotoShop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator and other graphic design software is an asset
With multiple locations around the city, location flexibility is an asset.

Salary: $13.53-$17.00 per hour
